If possible, all orders are processed and shipped within twenty-four (24) to thirty-six (36) hours from the time that the order is received. Orders received after 12:00 noon on Friday will be processed on Monday. No shipping is processed on Jewish Holidays. Please allow one-week delivery time for orders shipped to the east coast during non-peak shipping periods. Peak shipping periods may take a little longer. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and advise you of the estimated time of delivery.

All orders shipped to addresses in California will be subject to sales tax.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Your satisfaction with our service and our products is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any item that you received from us, please return it within ten (10) days from the date that your received it. Products returned must be in their original carton and must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds or credits to your account will be made upon satisfactory inspection and processing of the returned merchandise. Special orders and custom orders are neither returnable nor refundable.

No returns accepted after thirty (30) days of delivery.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Damaged merchandise must be reported within five (5) days of receipt. (Most carriers will not honor any claims made after fifteen (15) days, Upon opening, when merchandise is discovered to be damaged, please call Ben Yehuda Street immediately to report the damage and to receive instructions on how to handle the matter.
